Samuel Wilson is a musician and composer hailing from Charlottesville, Virginia. His musical journey began by performing in a local original metal band before delving into formal training in classical and jazz music during his college years. This diverse and comprehensive education has enriched his musical repertoire, allowing him to create captivating and innovative compositions.

A notable chapter in Samuel's career unfolded in a decade-long stint with the critically acclaimed band "Sons of Bill," where he, alongside his two brothers, achieved both domestic and international acclaim. The band had the privilege of sharing the stage with iconic figures such as Jason Isbell, My Morning Jacket, Dwight Yoakam, Robert Earl Keen, and the Drive-By Truckers.

In recent years, Samuel Wilson has seamlessly transitioned into the coveted role of a sought-after Nashville session and touring musician. His exceptional musical talents as a guitarist, pedal steel player, and vocalist led to a remarkable portfolio that includes more than 1000 live performances and numerous recording sessions. He has toured with prominent acts such as Maddie and Tae, The War and Treaty, and currently with the legendary Mary Chapin Carpenter and as of spring 2024, Samuel began performing with rock 'n roll hall of fame songwriter, John Oates on his stories and songs tour. Behind the studio glass, Sam has lent his skills to esteemed producers, including Phil Ek, Jim Scott, Don Dixon, Paul Moak, Gary Paczosa, and Chuck Harmony, contributing his multifaceted abilities to a wide spectrum of projects across the music industry.
